Free Templates Just For You
We have some great professionally designed templates that you can use for your email newsletters and campaigns. Most of the templates come in 3 versions – left-column, right-column and one-column – while some of them are special templates that only come in a single version.
You can use any of our pre-built templates within your account by clicking on Campaigns | Start New Campaign | Import A Campaign From An External Link. Next click on the preview link of the template you would like to use below and copy/ paste the URL from the template into the field provided within your account. Finally, click the Fetch Now button and eConnect Email will do the rest!
When using the templates we highly recommend that you convert the existing CSS to inline CSS (inline CSS is better supported by web-based email clients, like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and others) after you layout your contents. You can do this directly within eConnect Email by clicking on the "Automatically convert all the styles in the HTML message to inline CSS" option on the editor page.
If you would like to download the newsletter to work offline, you can do so by clicking on the Download icon shown under each of the newsletters or you can download all the templates in one package here (File size: 475kb).
All templates have been tested and are working properly for the list of email clients listed below (including background images for Outlook 2007 and both Gmail Old and New version) with some exceptions:
* For Lotus Notes 6.5 and 7, it will not display perfectly but your subscribers can still read the contents and view the images. If you have a high volume of subscribers using Lotus Notes 6.5 and/or 7, we do not recommend that you use these free templates. You will need to have a special design for them. Lotus Notes 8 works perfectly for all the templates.
+ For Hotmail and Windows Live Mail, header tag (H1, H2 and etc) margin and padding will be totally ignored by them.
