The eConnect servers are the fastest, most secure and powerful in the industry. Our servers can send over 1,000,000 personalized, customized rich-media emails per hour (over 24 million emails per day). In addition to this raw power and proprietary delivery mechanism with "throttle settings" (to make sure your emails actually get delivered instead of being filtered into a bulk email folder) eConnect enjoys the most robust bounce manager available.

As your email blasts increase in size, there is a greater possibility that at least some of your email recipient's accounts may temporarily be "down." When a message being delivered to a valid email address is not received as intended by a email server, eConnect begins an exhaustive process of re-attempting to deliver the message through a variety of paths over a 3 day period (sending as many as several thousand attempts) until the message is successfully received. If after 3 days the recipient's email server is still malfunctioning, eConnect advises you of the "bounce" so you can either remove the address or try another means of communication with the intended recipient.
