Details: This tutorial will go past the basics and explore the more advanced features that eConnect has to offer. Learn to easily build surveys by following a form based process to better understand your customer’s needs/ desires. Learning to segment your mailing lists will allow you to more closely tailor your messages to specific groups (such as those who responded to your survey question a particular way). And finally, adding custom fields into the Master CRM will help you gather relevant information from your customers based on your particular industry (ex.
