Getting Started, Finding Help
Before starting an email campaign, it is advised that you try to familiarize yourself with the interface of the application as well as the various help options. Here is where you can find assistance:
Tool Tip Icons: Throughout the application, just look for the question mark icon. By mousing over the icon, you can get a quick explanation of each step.
Help Center: We strive to update our knowledgebase with ongoing with tips, tricks, best practices and how-to's. If there's something not there that should be, contact Support.
