Understanding Your Reports

What does the Contact Activities Report show?

This report, which is under the Contact Activities section, shows you your contact's or subscriber's activities per month (if you choose to view a report for a duration of two months or more) or per day (if you choose to view a report for only one month). The report consists of the following activities:
  • Subscribed: This consists of online subscriptions, subscribers individually added by you, and subscribers added via batch import.

  • Unsubscribed: This consists of contacts who have unsubscribed through a campaign (also known as subscriber-initiated unsubscribes) and unsubscribed by you.

  • Deleted: This consists of subscribers manually deleted by you, subscribers deleted by the system due to complaints, and subscribers deleted by the system due to hard bounces.
