eConnect is an amazing eMail Marketing program which allows you to send out customized email marketing campaigns to your Master CRM or Distribution List's and keep track of who opens the email, which links they click on and if they get directed back to your website. It shows you in pictorial & text format and generates a hot prospect list for you to followup on. This program allowed me to grow my closing rate by 20% at least from when I sent the same campaign statically. It's more feature rich than Constant Contact and not as cumbersome as ACT for the CRM part. It's perfect for small & medium businesses to generate new profits.
